Vermicompost Production Process

Process :

• We need the 120 GSM sheets, green net or agri waste.
• As a main ingredient we need cow dung and Cocoon.
• We can also prepare the tanks or can use HDPE bags.

Vermicompost is produced and filtered naturally without adding any chemical. We produce 100% naturally and keep its value 100% natural.

Once the beds are prepared the same should be hided by Green nets /Wheat or Paddy husk.

This will keep the moisture in the cow dung.

The team of 60 people will be managing and maintaining the beds. This is a 60+ days process to get the dung converted into Vermicompost

The most important is to maintain the temperature low to have a quality compost.

We are having an expertise of 25 years and are the market leader in domestic market.

The last process is to collect the compost carefully without damaging cocoons.

Lastly, woman's will be filtering the compost to have the segregation through machines before bagging for sales of vermicompost.
